Allegheny Baking Co. was born from a simple conviction: that the best bread begins with patience, the finest pastries with honest ingredients, and the best cafés with a place where people actually want to stay.

We set up shop on Cherry Street in Emporium because this town deserves a kitchen that treats every sourdough loaf, every flaky croissant, and every cup of coffee like it matters — because it does. Everything we bake arrives fresh each morning, using recipes refined over years and ingredients sourced as locally as the mountains allow.
